How it works

clIENT INFO FORM

Begin with the comprehensive client intake form. I ask about everything related to your trip so that I can gather the most information possible! I design every itinerary from scratch and curate every detail according to your preferences; no two are the same. Finally, we will review the form and contact you with payment options and the next steps.

Book 1:1 call

Book a 15-minute call to ask questions and provide further details based on your submitted client information form. I will review the initial planning, and get a better idea of your vision for your trip!

review your plan

Within ten days, you will receive your hour-by-hour travel plan and itinerary from me via e-mail. I never require additional apps or downloads from my clients. You will have 72 hours to review and ask for other recommendations or final revisions.

ENJOY Your trip

After you book your trip, bring along your curated guide and have fun. You can enjoy your trip without stopping to google the best restaurants last minute or searching for sights to visit. Instead, your itinerary will include hour-by-hour details in a clear, well-planned, and researched guide.

FAQ

How long will it take to receive my travel plan?

Depending on the length of your trip, you should receive your travel plan via email within 7-10 business days after your consultation call. Trip plans for travel lasting 7-14 days will be delivered up to but no longer than 14 business days. For travel exceeding 14 days, please get in touch with me.

What is not included?

As a travel planner I will research and map out an unforgettable trip according to the information you share on your client interest form and during our consultation call. I do not book any related reservations or provide assistance during your travels.

Why don’t you book travel for clients?

I am not a travel agent. Travel agents typically book travel with partner companies and receive kickbacks. Therefore, you usually are tied to their network.

As a planner, my role is to do extensive research and coordinate a detailed plan for you to see, eat and do anything your heart desires. I receive no kickbacks, so you can be confident that I am planning in your best interest.

I will provide my travel, transportation, and accommodation recommendations, but booking is up to the client.
